• Earned medalist honors at the Charleston Shootout with rounds of 74-68-74.

• Best finish was 3rd at the Kauai Collegiate Invitational after shooting rounds of 70-70-71.

• Started for the Cougars in all 12 tournaments
• Won the Invitational at Ocean Course, fired a career-low 68 in the second round (75-68-71=214)
• Tied for third at the Gary Koch Invitational (71-68-71=210)
• Tied for fifth at Charleston Shootout and Palmetto Intercollegiate

2009-2010: (Scoring Average: 74.45 Low Round = 69)

• Started for the Cougars in all 12 tournaments
• Placed third in the Charleston Shootout (72-69-71=212), with a career-low 69 in the second round
• Posted five top 25 finishes, including a tie for 19th at the Southern Conference Tournament (76-72-72=220)
• Shot par or under in eight of 33 rounds, including a 69 two times.
• Qualified for the U.S. Amateur, and was tied for second after the first round

High School

• Hudson was ranked 147 out of 6,175 golfers by Golfweek in the 2009 class and wa 12th in the Texas Junior Rankings
• Attended Sonora High School and finished runner up in the 2008 Texas Junior Boys Championship and won the 2A district and regional HS championships
• He also placed third in 2A state championship and finished in the top 15 in all four AJGA events played last summer
• In 2009 he finished third in the state and led his HS team to third as well
• An all-state golfer from 2006-09
• Male Golfer of the Year in 2007, 08 and 09

On Hudson: I think he could be one of the best players in the country. He is a hard worker and has had the chance to play in some high caliber tournament such as the U.S. Amateur.
