Golden Spikes Award Midseason Watch List ... Dick Howser Award semifinalist ... led SoCon and finished ninth in country in runs (68) and 18th in NCAA in on-base percentage (.483) ... second in conference in batting average (.373), third in hits (88), third in doubles (20), third in slugging percentage (.614), second in stolen bases (29), second in walks (45) ... boasted two 10-game hit streaks and finished season on 28-game reached base streak ... won SoCon April Player of the Month ... finished two-year CofC career ranked ninth in stolen bases (54) and eighth in walks (100) ... drafted by Tampa Bay Rays in seventh round of 2012 MLB Entry Draft.

Junior College: Named all-region both seasons at Spartanburg Methodist... Member of the NJCAA All-Star Team in 2010.

High School: Played four seasons at North Augusta, earning all-region honors all four years... As a junior, he posted a 9-3 record, striking out 161 batters in 84 innings of work... Also batted .486, collecting 16 doubles and was named to the SCBCA all-state team and was named the Class AAAA Player of the Year... Posting an 8-3 record with a 1.95 ERA as a senior, striking out 108 batters in 65 2/3 innings of work for all-state honors.
