Before Charleston: Captained Cloud County Community College to the 2011 National Junior College National Championship... led the nation in goals scored by tallying 32 goals in 26 games... selected to the 2011 NJCAA All-American team and was named to the 2011 NJCAA Region VI 2nd team... selected to the NJCAA National Championship All-Tournament team... named an NJCAA all-region selection and all-conference selection in 2010 after scoring 16 goals in 16 games.

Personal: Full name is Luke Huggett... the son of Claire and Steven... one of two children, his sister's name is Sadie...born September 23, 1988... lists his favorite athlete as Eric Cantona.

Huggett on choosing the College of Charleston: "I could see that the soccer program is moving forward and I want to be part of that. The school is fantastic and facilities are top notch as well. From my visit I felt that the players, coaches, and everyone that represented Charleston was very welcoming."

Coach Lundy on Huggett: "Luke has a knack for scoring goals. He is the type of player that you want around the penalty box, because he is going to create scoring chances. Luke also will provide a winning mentality, much like he did at Cloud. He is a very determined player that is focused on being successful in everything he does."
