College of Charleston women's basketball coach Natasha Adair and her staff participated in an annual leadership institute called LeaderShape on Tuesday at the Bonnie Doone Plantation in Walterboro, S.C.
The sixth annual event, put on by the office of student affairs and the Higdon Student Leadership Center, brought together about 50 students from the college.
Coach Adair along with her staff talked to students in small groups and gave them a chance to ask questions about whatever was on their mind.
"It was a great experience," Adair said. "To be able to interact with students from our college it something i want to do a lot more of. It was great to see kids that were so motivated and passionate about the College of Charleston."
