CHARLESTON, S.C. - After four straight games on the road, the College of Charleston women's basketball team returns home to host Winthrop Wednesday at 7:00 p.m.
OPENING THOUGHTS
CofC head coach Natasha Adair
On game at Cincinnati and road trip to Ohio
"I'm proud of my team. I got to see my kids fight and see people step up. They played hard and fought against a very good Big East team. I'm not ok with losing, but I know my team is getting better every game. I told them after the game this should sting and don't be ok with it, but understand that we are growing up and we are getting better and we are going to reap the benefits of this very soon.
On teams defense
"Defensively, our defense is dictating what we do, that takes a team that is committed and a team that is coachable. It takes a team that wants to defend and wants to get stops."
