COLLEGE OF CHARLESTON CHEERLEADER APPEARANCE REQUEST FORM
Send a request to book the College of Charleston Cheerleaders for your next event! The Cheerleaders are sure to make your event memorable for all ages. Please fill out the request form below and email Parker Jacobs at firstname.lastname@example.org or fax to 843-953-8296.
(The completion of the request does not guarantee appearance confirmation. The request form must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the desired appearance date.)
Appearance fees are as follows:
- 1 Hour- $100
- Each additional hour $75
- Payment is made out to the College of Charleston Spirit Group (cash or check only).
- Payment is due at the time of the appearance.
- If appearance is more than 20 miles from campus, mileage will be charged.
- Mileage rate will be determined according to current state regulations.
- Google Maps will be used to determine mileage for one way. One way distance will then be doubled to determine round trip mileage total.
- We request the client provide a secure area near the appearance location for cheereladers to store personal belongings.
- Parking and water must be provided.
- A minimum of two cheerleaders is required for all appearances.
- Cheerleaders generally wear their College of Charleston uniform, but if requested, they can wear more casual attire such as a t-shirt with logo, or school warm ups.
- The College of Charleston cheerleaders are at your event to make it memorable. Please maintain a friendly and safe environment. The cheerleaders have the right to walk away from any appearance that they deem unsafe and harmful without refund.
- Please keep in mind that because cheerleaders are students who have to fill academic responsibilities, they are not always able to fulfill their role for some events. In the event that we are unable to provide a minimum of two cheerleaders, we will work with you on a possible date/time change.
