Meanwhile, the Jayhawks (2-1) are making their first road trip of the season traveling to the Lowcountry for a pair ofmatches against CofC and Charleston Southern.
“Kansas will be a great challenge,” CofC Director of Tennis Angelo Anastopoulo said. “They are a very solid team out of the Big 12. We don’t know too much about them as this is the first time we’ve played them in program history. It has been tough to prepare with all of the rain this week, but hopefully, that won’t be a problem this weekend. It has been a while since our last home match and we’re looking forward to seeing our fans come out and support our team.”
After Saturday’s match, the Cougars will have a quick one-day turnaround before playing host to another BCS opponent inNC State out of the ACC on Sunday, Feb. 17 at noon (ET) at Patriots Point.
