"We had a lot of fun on Saturday," head coach Jason Kepner said. "For our team to have a chance to bond over an experience like Universal Studios was a great start to our spring break trip. We are getting ready to play some tough competition later in the week, but it is always nice to take some time to enjoy the experience. Spending the day together was just the start we needed for an outstanding week."

College of Charleston will open the 2012 sand volleyball season on Tuesday in the Aspire Higher Tournament in Winter Haven, Fla. The Cougars will play one round of competition on Tuesday and another round of matches on Friday and Saturday.
