GREENSBORO, N.C. - Junior Katharine Boehm led the College of Charleston women's golf team with a 3-over 75 as the team is in 16th place after the first round of play in the Bryan National Collegiate, hosted by Wake Forest.

The Cougars shot a 313 combined team score as Northwestern is the tournament leader after firing a 2-over 290. The Cougars are nine shots out of the top-10.

Boehm was fairly consistent on her round as she finished with one birdie and four bogeys and 13 pars and is tied for 28th individually.

The Cougars will resume play tomorrow as they seek to climb up the leaderboard.
