Pegler picked up his second win of the season on Sunday as the Cougars defeated Xavier, 4-1. Pegler pitched seven innings of shutout ball and did not give up his first hit until the middle of the seventh inning. Pegler struck out five batters and never allowed a runner past first base.

Saylors was named the SoCon Pitcher of the Week after pitching a perfect game on Sunday against Wagner. Saylor recorded a career-high 12 strikeouts and went into the record books for the first perfect game in College of Charleston softball history. The Cougars defeated Wagner in the game, 4-0.
