CHARLESTON, S.C. - Last Thursday, Feb. 14, members of the College of Charleston volleyball team traveled to Seacoast Church in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., to serve dinner to members of the disabled community.

As a part of the church's Luke 14 Banquet, the volleyball team gathered on Valentine's Day eve to serve food and have fellowship with those less fortunate in the community.

"It was meaningful for us to take time as a team and do something for others," junior Kallie McKown said. "It was great to see so many smiles all around."

College of Charleston begins the sand volleyball season on March 22 with a home tournament featuring Mercer, UAB and Georgia State.
