CHARLESTON, S.C. - The sixth-seeded College of Charleston men's basketball team will travel to second-seeded Cleveland State for the second round of the NIT on Saturday, March 19, in Cleveland, Ohio.

The Cougars (25-10) and Vikings (27-8) will square off in a first-time meeting between the two schools at the Wolstein Center at 2 p.m. (ET) and the game will be televised live nationally on ESPNU.

CSU narrowly defeated seventh-seeded Vermont, 63-60, on Tuesday night, while CofC topped defending NIT champion and third-seeded Dayton, 94-84, before a near sellout crowd at Carolina First Arena.

The contest will feature two of the top guards in the country in Southern Conference Player of the Year Andrew Goudelock and Horizon League Player of the Year Norris Cole. Goudelock scored a career-and CofC Division I single-game school-record 39 points and eight rebounds against the Flyers to become the only player in the last 15 seasons to reach both of those totals in an NIT game.
