2012-13 (Scoring Average: 76.60, Low Round=70)

• Finished seventh-place in the Charleston Shootout with an opening round of 70.

2011-12: (Scoring Average: 73.87, Low Round=68)

• Competed in all five tournaments of the fall season.
• Recorded two top 15 finishes (12th at Spring Hill Suites Intercollegiate and 10th at Kauai Collegiate Invitational.
• Shot low round of fall season in season round of Spring Hill Suites Intercollegiate at the Country Club of South Carolina.
• Finished 9th at Charleston Shootout with rounds of 71-73-71.
• Finished 19th at Southern Conference Championship, shooting 70 for final round.
• Competed in 10 tournaments during 2011-12 season.

At Midland Junior College:  

Finished eighth at nationals at Odessa Links and was awarded second team All-American honors. Gowan was voted Most Valuable Player at Midland and was named the team captain of his squad.

Personal:  

In addition to golf Gowan also excelled in soccer at an early age as well as cross country. He is also a Black Belt in Taekwondo.
