2009: Appeared in 13 matches with 10 starts ... averaged 1.89 kills and 1.39 digs ... had career-match when she posted first career double-double with 14 kills and 17 digs against Evansville (9/4) ... delivered first double-digit kill performance with 10 kills along with six digs vs. South Carolina (8/29) ... drilled 10 kills vs. Loyola (9/12).

St. James High School: As a member of the Thunder, Kolich earned every major award and helped lead St. James to the 4A Kansas State Championship as a senior and a runner-up finish as a junior ... the team went 45-1 in 2007 before posting a 35-1 record on their way to their first state title last season ... with a 30-10 record as a sophomore, Kolich helped the Thunder to a record of 110-12 over the course of her career  ... St. James was named the Program of the Year following their championship season... as a senior she was named 4A Kansas Player of the Year and earned a pair of 4A First-Team All-State and All-Tournament Team selections in each of her final two campaigns ... as a result of her stellar high school playing career, Kolich was named a High School All-American by PrepVolleyball.com and earned First-Team All-Metro selections from the Kansas City Star after each of her last two seasons ... she also garnered an ESPN Player of the Week honor and similar awards twice each from the Kansas City Star and Metro Sports Hy-Vee as a senior and one as a junior ... the Star also recognized her as a First-Team member of the All-Johnson County team following a season that included Most Valuable Player honors at the Hayden Invitational and selections to both the Missouri/Kansas City and Kansas Volleyball Association All-Star Matches ... compiled 1,007 career kills in only three varsity seasons ... competed for two seasons on the basketball team as a forward.

Personal: Born on September 30, 1990, Kelly is the daughter of Bill and Colleen Kolich ... both parents played basketball at Benedictine College located in Atchison, Kansas ... her father played from 1973-77 while her mother competed for the Ravens from 1982-86 ... her cousin Allison Mayfield is currently a freshman outside hitter at Kansas University ... compiled 120 hours of volunteer work at Catholic Charities from 2005-07, St. Benedicts Child Care Center in 2008 and Tutor for Student in 2009 ... currently majoring in psychology.
