Brand Guide: The College of Charleston athletics official brand guide can be found here.
Media Credentials: All requests for media, broadcast and photo credentials for College of Charleston home games should be sent to the primary sport contact for approval. Approval is not guaranteed. Credentials must be presented to enter College of Charleston sports facilities.
Priority is given to outlets based on circulation size, household reach, or unique site visitors. Additional consideration is based on amount of original content generated, number of full-time employees, length of existence, and journalist experience.
Services: Game programs and complete statistics are provided at every game. Records, scores of games in progress, and other pertinent information will be distributed whenever possible throughout the game.
Scouting and Photo Credentials: Credentials for photographers and scouting should be requested at least one week in advance. Each organization will be allotted one seat on a space-available basis.
Dressing Rooms: The College of Charleston dressing room will be closed to media before and after games. Post-game interviews will be held following a 15-minute cooling-off period in a designated location.
Player Interviews: All media requests for interviews with players must go through Athletics Communications. Players are usually available for telephone interviews early afternoons and evenings, except game days. The best time for in-season interviews is before or after practice.
Coach Interview Time: The Athletics Communications department coordinates all coach interviews. Requests should be made as far in advance as possible.
